' A RESOLUTION OF TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISBING AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR ALL ON-LINE
TRANSACTIONS; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances of the City of Allen authorizes the City Council to establish an
administrative fee far all on-line transactions; by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The administrative fee for all on-line transactions shall be $1.00.
SECTION 2. All provisions of any Resolution of the City of Allen, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of this
Resolution be, and the same is hereby, repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this
Resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage, and it is
accordingly so resolved.

COUNTY, TEXAS, ON TIDS THE 22m DAY OF JULY, 2008.
