O-2664-10-071 1 NI IIUIIIIIIIIIINNNIIII INIINNINI IIIIINII� 20071012001406740 10/12/2007 01 14.55 PM 00 115 ORDINANCE NO. 2664-10-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 913-3-89 BY AMENDING SECTION 3, TO AMEND THE TIME AND MANNER FOR THE PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AGAINST PARCEL NUMBER 7, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED HERETO; AND PROVIDING THAT TIES ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE UPON ITS PASSAGE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 913-3-89 is hereby amended by amending Section 3, to amend the time and manner for payment of assessment against Parcel Number 7, being further described in Exhibit "A" as follows: The assessment against Parcel No. 7 shall be and become payable in 13 installments, with each installment being due at the time a building permit for construction on Parcel No. 7, being further described in Exhibit "A," is applied for. The total amount of $134,097.04 shall be paid within ten years regardless of the number of buildings constructed on Parcel No. 7. SECTION 2. Should any word, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or section of this Ordinance, as amended hereby, be adjudged or held to be void or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of said Ordinance, as amended hereby, which shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and publication in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the City of Allen, and it is accordingly so ordained.
