' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT MADE BY AND THROUGH THE STATE OF TEXAS, ACTING BY AND
THROUGH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, TO REVERSE THE
NORTHBOUND EXIT AND ENTRANCE RAMPS ON US 75 FROM EXCHANGE
PARKWAY TO STACY ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement governing Local Transportation Project Advance Funding Agreements
(LPAFA) between the Local Government and the State has been adopted, effective July 6, 2000, and states the
general terms and conditions for transportation projects developed through this LPAFA; and,
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Local Government has approved entering into this LPAFA for the
development of the reversal of northbound exit and entrance ramps on US 75 from Exchange Parkway to Stacy
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement to reverse northbound
exit and entrance ramps on US 75 from Exchange Parkway to Stacy Road.
' SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
