RESOLUTION NO. 2637-747(R)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE RENTAL OF THE PAVILION
AT CHASE OAKS GOLF COURSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish various fees for the rental of The Pavilion at Chase Oaks
Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby establishes the fees and charges set forth
herein for the rental of The Pavilion at Chase Oaks Golf Course:
Tuesday — Thursday: $100/hr (two hour minimum)
Friday — Sunday: $ I00/hr (four hour minimum)
Refundable Deposit: $150
SECTION 2. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately Som and after its passage and it is accordingly so
resolved.

COUNTY, TEXAS, ON TIHS THE 10TH DAY OF JULY, 2007.
