A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF THE DON
RODENBAUGH NATATORIUM; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish various fees for the use of the Don Rodenbaugh
Natatorium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby establishes the fees and charges set forth
herein for the use of the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium:
Daily Pool Admission Fees:
Adult (18 yrs. and older) $5.00
Senior (50 yrs. and older) $3.00
Youth (3-17 yrs.) $4.00
Youth (2 and under) FREE
SECTION 2. The Parks and Recreation Director is authorized by administrative order, a copy of which
shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary, to establish from time to time various fees based on market
' conditions for programs conducted by the Parks and Recreation Department,
SECTION 3. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and it is accordingly so
