A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY,
TEXAS, APPOINTING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ALLEN TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 1; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council bas designated the Allen Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone No. 1
and appointed the initial Board of Directors; and,
WHEREAS, in order to provide for staggered terms of office, the initial directors that were appointed to even
numbered places were appointed for one (1) year terms, and such terms have or will expire; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint the successor directors to even numbered places for two (2)
year terns beginning on the date of the expiration of the initial tern of office of such places, and to appoint a
successor to the vacancies in Place 6 and Place 8 of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The following respective persons are appointed to the even numbered places of the Board of
Directors of the Allen Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone No. 1, beginning on the date of expiration
of the initial term of office for such places:

SECTION 2. The following persons are hereby appointed in place of Kurt Kizer for Place 6 and Phillip
Williams for Place 8 to serve the unexpired porion of the initial term of one (1) year and thereafter to serve a
term of two (2) years beginning on the date of expiration of the initial term of office.

SECTION 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its passage.
