A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND THE
DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION AS ADMINISTRATORS OF THE RM
MIXED BEVERAGE RESTAURANT PERMIT WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGE (FB)
AND BEVERAGE CARTAGE PERMIT (PE) FOR CHASE OAKS GOLF COURSE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Allen, Texas, has applied for a RM Mixed Beverage Restaurant Permit with Food
and Beverage (FB) and a Beverage Cartage permit (PE) for Chase Oaks Golf Course with the Texas Alcohol
and Beverage Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Allen will be the license holder for the RM Mixed Beverage Restaurant Permit with
Food and Beverage and the Beverage Cartage Permit (collectively referred to as the "Permits"); and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission requires the City to designate administrators of
the Permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby designates the Director of Finance, Kevin Hammeke and the Director
of Parks and Recreation, Tim Dentler as administrators of the Permits to be held by the City of Allen
' operating as Chase Oaks Golf Course.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.

COUNTY, TEXAS, THE Bra DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2005.
