Councilmen: Rex Womack, Charles Chandler, Richard Chumbley,
H.R. Daugherty and Glenn Andrew
Absent: M.B. Pierson
The Special Session of the Allen City Council was called to order
by Mayor ProTempro Joe Farmer. The purpose of this meeting was to
canvass the returns of the City Officer's Election, which are as
follows:
Mayor: M.B. Pierson Votes

Place 2: Faye Sandy 68

Place 4: Glenn Andrew 316
Place 6: Richard Chumbley 333
Motion Daugherty Second Womack to certify the votes of the City
Officer's Election. Motion carried 6 for 0 against. The rate of
pay for the election judge and clerks shall not exceed the statutory
maximum which will be $3.00 and hour, with the judge receiving an
additional $20.00 for his services.
Motion Womack Second Chumbley to adjourn into Executive Session to
discuss personnel. Motion carried unanimously.
