' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX C OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO
AMEND THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL CHARGES; PROVIDING
FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, be and is hereby amended by
amending Appendix C to amend the fee schedule for Animal Control Charges, in part, to read as follow:

SECTION 2. All provisions of any resolution of the City of Allen, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of
this resolution be, and the same is hereby, repealed, and all other provisions; not in conflict with the provisions
of this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
