' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP OF
THE YOUTH CENTER AT ALLEN STATION PARK; PROVIDING A REPEALING
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish fees for the annual membership of the Youth Center at
Allen Station Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, establishes the fees and charges set forth herein
for the annual membership of the Youth Center at Allen Station Park:

Resident
Annual Membership Rate
$10
Non -Resident $20
Guest Fee per occurrence $3
(Guest must be accompanied by a current member)
SECTION 2. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, and it is accordingly so
resolved.
