A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF THE ALLEN PUBLIC
LIBRARY CIVIC AUDITORIUM; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish various rental fees for the use of the Allen Public Library
Civic Auditorium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, establishes the fees and charges set forth herein
for the use of the Allen Public Library Civic Auditorium:

SECTION 2. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, and it is accordingly so
resolved.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 25TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2005.
