' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2291-5-04(R) AS
HERETOFORE AMENDED, TO CORRECT SCRIVENER'S ERRORS RELATING
TO THE FEES AND RATES FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Allen. Collin County, Texas, finds and determines that Resolution
No. 2291-5-04(R), as heretofore amended. should be amended to correct certain scrivener's errors in said
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION I. Resolution No. 2291-5-04(R) of the City of Allen, Collin County. Texas, is hereby amended by
changing the following fees and rates for solid r+asie collection services:
RESIDENTIAL Services (Garbage, bulk, recycling, yard waste, Christmas Tree Haul)
Additional recycle poly -cart per month- to City of Allen $ 1.54
SECTION 2. All provisions of the Resolutions of the City of Allen. Texas, in conflict with the provisions
' of this resolution be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the
provisions of this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Should any word, sentence. paragraph, subdivision, clause. phrase or section of this
resolution, as amended hereby, be adjudged or held to be void or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions of said resolution, as amended hereby. which shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage, provided.
however, the fees and rates established herein shall become effective for services beginning February, 22.
