A Public Hearing was held by the City Council on the proposed
108 tax increase for the 1980 tax year. After a presentation
by the City Manager, a few questions were asked by Charles Moore
and Smitty King. Motion Andrew Second McClure to set the tax rate
September 18, 1980, at Rountree Elementary School Library. Motion
carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion Farmer Second McClure to adjourn. Motion carried 5 for
0 against.
