The Public Hearing was called to order by City Manager
Jon McCarty at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 3, 1983, on
the site of the 635.403 acres of land out of the Jonathan Phillips
Survey, Abstract No. 719, the George Phillips Survey, Abstract
No. 701, the Joseph Dixon Survey, Abstract No. 276, the F. C.
Wilmeth Survey, Abstract No. 999, the L. K. Pegues Survey,
Abstract No. 702, and the G. W. Estes Survey, Abstract No. 301.
The Public Hearing was held at the site located west of U. S. 75
at the intersection of Stacy Road.
City Manager Jon McCarty advised those present of the pro-
perties to be annexed and provided a map of the locations of the
properties and advised that the following individuals had requested
the annexation of those properties:
E-Systems, Inc. - 217.261 acres
Doyle Samuel Stacy - 30 acres & 88.7 acres
Dorothy Stacy Wood
Glen W. Petefish - 149.904 acres
Veda S. Stacy - 97.394 acres
Charles B. Key - 52.144 acres
City Manager McCarty presented the prepared Service Plan
for the 635.403 acres of land and advised that copies of the
plan were available for review.
City Manager McCarty opened the public hearing.
No one appeared to speak either for or against the annexation
requests.
City Manager McCarty closed the public hearing at 11:35 a.m
