ANNEXATION PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with V. T. C. A., Local Government Code, Chapters 42 and 43,
the public hearing was called to order by Director of Community Development, Bill
Petty, at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 1991, in the Council Chambers of the Allen
Municipal Annex, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Director of Community Development, Bill Petty, advised that the 49.562 acres
of land out of the Simon Burns Survey, Abstract No. 92, Collin County, Texas, has
been requested to be annexed into the Allen city limits by the Allen Parks
Department. The property is located at the northeast corner of Allen Heights Drive
and Bethany Road.
Mr Petty advised that the prepared service plan for the 49.562 acres was
available for public review.
Mr. Petty opened the public hearing. No one appeared to speak either for or
against this annexation request. Mr. Petty closed the public hearing.
The public hearing was adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
