ANNEXATION PUBLIC DARING

In accordance with V T C.A., Local Government Code, Chapters 42 and 43, the public hearing
was called to order by Bill Petty, Director of Community Development, at 1:03 p.m. on Thursday, June
20, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the Allen Municipal Annex, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Bill Petty, Director of Community Development, advised that an Application for Annexation had
been submitted by landowner Irene H. Bedell requesting the City of Allen to annex approximately
163±acres of land situated in the John Snyder Survey, Volume 408, Page 284, in Collin County, Texas.
This property is generally located immediately south of Bethany Drive and west of Malone Road.
E Mr Petty advised that the prepared service plan for the 163± acres was available for public

Mr Petty opened the public hearing.
With no one speaking either for or against this request, Mr. Petty closed the public hearing.
The public hearing was adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
