Present: Mayor M.B. Pierson
Councilmen: Rex Womack, Glenn Andrew, Richard Chumbley,
Joe Farmer, H.R. Daugherty and J.M. McClure
Mayor M.B. Pierson called the Special Meeting to order and
declared the meeting in Executive Session.
Motion Joe Farmer Second Jim McClure to reconvene into regular
session. Motion carried 7 for 0 against.
Motion H.R. Daugherty Second Glenn Andrew that Marty Hendrix be
selected as the new City Secretary, to replace Juanelle Dalsing,
who had resigned. Motion carried 7 for 0 against. Mayor Pierson
is to work out the details of the employment package with Mrs.
Hendrix.
Motion Andrew Second Womack to adjourn back into Executive Session.
Motion carried 7 for 0 against.
Motion Farmer Second McClure to reconvene from Executive Session.
Motion carried 7 for 0 against.
Motion Daugherty Second McClure to adjourn. Motion carried 6 for
0 against. (Andrew out of room)
