' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING LICENSE FEES FOR MULTI -FAMILY
DWELLING COMPLEXES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, requires licensing of multi -family dwelling
complexes; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish the fees and charges set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby establishes the following licensing fee for multi -family dwelling
complexes:
(1) Five dollars ($5.00) per unit.
SECTION 2. All resolutions of the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of
this resolution be, and the same are hereby, repealed; provided, however, that all other provisions of said
resolutions not in conflict with the provisions of this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage, provided,
' however, the fees and charges established herein shall take effect on its passage.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CFFY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 27rn DAY OF APRIL, 2004.
